Beadroll Classes

Do you want to learn how to do beadroll art? Seen all the guys making cool art images in metal.

I do a one day class, you will learn the following: How the beadroller works, what its actually doing to the metal and how to keep the warpage to a minumum. What materials are best and how to decide what materials to use. How to transfer your idea to the metal so you can beadroll it. You will operate a machine with half round dies, step rolls and stencil rolls, so you can see how each creates a specific bead. How the skate wheel and stencil die will add depth and shape to your pieces. We will cover framing ideas and processes, so you can frame your pieces at home. We will cover diamond pleat layouts, typically used on door panels, or as background to artistic pieces. You will create an art piece of your own, something you can proudly take home and display. With time permitting we will go over solid rivet installation, so you can add character or structure to your pieces.

Its an open schedule, just message me for scheduling. Any day of the week, classes go from 8AM - 5PM and the shop is located in Las Vegas, NV. If you have questions about travel, just let us know. Fee is $500 for the one day class, it includes all materials. We use Mittler Bros machines, but we cover all the major manufacturers and their option.
